North Rural WSC is a member-owned, non-profit corporation formed and incorporated in 1967 for the purpose
of providing potable water service to customers in Northeastern Palo Pinto and Western Parker Counties.
We are a proud member of the Texas Rural Water Association and are regulated by the Texas Commission
on Environmental Quality and the Public Utility Commission of Texas. North Rural WSC is subject to the laws
and regulations governing the operations of non-profit corporations enforced by the Texas Commission on
Environmental Quality and the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
